Glasshouse College and Ruskin Glass Centre Autumn Craft Fayre

from 12:30 pm until 4:00 am

Celebration of all things Autumn

15th October 2011

12:30pm – 4:00pm

After the success of the Glasshouse Colleges first Summer Fayre in July, the college is once again having a Fayre but this time to celebrate Autumn. There will a special sale of produce from the college organic farm in Kinver with lots of vegetables, eggs, honey and organic juice on sale.  The theme for this fayre is geared towards the land and the wealth of food that is grown on the farm, in keeping with a traditional harvest festival.  There will also be a chance to see some animals from the farm and maybe also some more exotic creatures such as mere cats and spiders.

Glasshouse College shares the site with Ruskin Glass Centre.  There will be additional arts and crafts stalls within Ruskin Glass Centre selling a range of handmade items in addtion to the businesses based onsite.

It will give customers the opportunity to experience much more of the site that was once the home to the Webb Corbett Glass Factory.

The students from Glasshouse College have been working very hard on preparing for this big day and we hope to see lots of new faces from the area to come and see the great work that the students do.  If you would like a stall at the event then please phone Gail Hickman on 07805 304286.
