Enjoy live expression and fun in movement, story-telling, music – from EURYTHMY WEST MIDLANDS, who earned a 4-star review **** at Brighton Fringe Festival 2012: “… the best eurythmy I have seen.”
“IMPROMPTUS”, is a seamless performance-piece. Meet the Elf-Queen of Middle Earth (Tolkien), enjoy Bilbo outwitting Gollum in a tense exchange, see Dylan Thomas (centenary in 2014) portray polarity in creation. “Times were hard” for Jack, yet “The Three Wishes of the North Wind” (a folk-tale from Norway), concludes quite differently with plenty of fun! Beauty and vision is also celebrated in Schubert’s famous Impromptu in G♭ major, Nigel Osborne’s “Ecological Studies” (written for us), and lively cello music from Bernd A. Zimmermann and J.S. Bach.
