Natroma formulates and manufactures award winning luxurious aromatherapy skincare. Our natural cosmetics are formulated in house, by a Clinical Aromatherapist, and we make everything by hand, with care and in small batches. Our company started as The Natural Soapworks in 2006, making handmade goat’s milk soaps (we use organic goat’s milk from Vale Head Farm in Kinver, which is owned and managed by Ruskin Mill Trust). Over the years we’ve expanded and our range now includes organic facial cleansers, Q10 moisturisers, facial oil serums, nail and body skincare products.
We insist on using only the finest natural skin care ingredients (often organic and fair trade), and aromatherapy grade essential oils. We are opposed to any form of animal testing and are approved under the Humane Cosmetics Standard (you’ll find the official Leaping Bunny logo on our products).
Our skin-kind products have won 3 natural beauty awards and are suitable for use on all skin types. Natroma customers can enjoy using our natural cosmetics safe in the knowledge they do not contain any synthetic detergents, parabens, artificial colours or fragrances. Our handmade cosmetics are presented in environmentally friendly packaging, and our gift hampers make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries and at Christmas. Our shop contains hand selected unusual holistic gift ideas, including jewellery, crystals, candles and incense. We also make our own fused glass soap dishes and decorative glass hangings with chakra and natural themes.

We also operate Natroma Holistics where we offer professional aromatherapy massage and facials, Swiss reflex, Swedish and Sports Massage in our private and luxurious holistic therapy treatment room. Every Natroma Holistics treatment begins with a comprehensive health consultation, to enable us to make an informed assessment of individual needs and create a bespoke treatment plan. Our treatments are carried out by fully qualified therapists and members of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). We only offer limited numbers of appointments, to ensure clients do not feel rushed and can enjoy a drink and some relaxation time after their treatment.
