Colourful , humorous one-off collectable hand blown, hand painted Glass Art.
Vic graduated from Dudley International Glass Centre in 2004 with a diploma in Glass Techniques and Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Glass Design. He combines his painting and glassblowing skills to create vibrantly colorful and humorous, one off glass art pieces which are exhibited and collected internationally. His work is also held in international Public collections including Broadfield House Glass Museum in Stourbridge, and Corning Museum of Glass in New York, USA.
Inspiration is drawn from life’s experiences – people he has met, and the world around him.Vic exhibits internationally, most noteworthy being the annual ‘Sculptural Objects and functional Art’ (SOFA) fair in Chicago & New York. These are the top shows for contemporary decorative and fine arts in the world, where a select number of the world’s finest galleries and dealers from a number of countries present for sale one-of-a-kind masterworks bridging the decorative and fine arts. He has also exhibited in the British Glass Biennale at the Ruskin Glass Centre, Stourbridge, UK. This is the major selling exhibition of contemporary glass that takes place once every two years.
