Parents with a flair for cooking can submit their top tips for a family dish and be in with a chance of winning a family meal at the Ruskin Glass Centre in Amblecote.
Chris Williams, a former Masterchef contestant who cooks up a storm at the centre on Wollaston Road, wants to encourage parents to let their kids help out in the kitchen. To stir up interest he is encouraging parents to send their own recipes to him by Friday August 16.
