Call or text 07830 378026 to confirm availability or book your place with Anne Griffiths, British Wheel of Yoga Teacher (since 2005).
Yoga offers an easy way to increase our strength, stamina and flexibility whilst boosting energy levels. Many students also find yoga greatly beneficial in addressing health problems from backache to blood pressure, stress to sleepless nights.
Most of us find the pace of modern living leaves us with rising stress levels and little time for ourselves to safeguard our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Anne’s aim is to provide a friendly, non-competitive, uplifting atmosphere for your yoga practice. Making yoga a regular part of your lifestyle can provide invaluable ‘me-time’ to re-charge, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energised, helping you to cope better with daily life. All ages and abilities welcome.
